Ti RAKAU

Our 0-2 year olds space offers:

• A fun homely and nurturing environment, with opportunities for inquisitive infants and toddlers to explore and play alongside and interact with their peers.

• Warm, empathetic and caring teachers who connect with and support the learning and emotional needs of each individual child.

• Smooth transitions to Manuka (over two year old spaces), allowing children to build connections to ensure they feel happy and have a sense of belonging.

11:30am Lunch Time 

3-4pm Our day finishes

The Ti Rākau Programme is flexible to the needs of the children on a daily basis.

Children are offered art, play dough, imaginative play, early literacy, manipulative & tactile experiences throughout the day. The teachers make available many opportunities for children to enjoy musical experiences, including singing, rhymes and dance to develop their self confidence and spacial awareness.  Children have plenty of choice with easy indoor-outdoor flow and access to explore messy play, water play, sand and gross motor challenges.  The children enjoy storytelling, participate in rhymes, board stories and finger plays during their day.  Our teachers are always available to discuss your child's daily needs and celebrate their discovery and learning.
